i'm just damned tired. well. the reason could be that galing ako sa ballet class. yeah. it was 2 hours. wouldn't you be tired? extending your leg? lifting it? doing the dance like a zillion more times just for some people who don't get it? repeating the exercises over and over again just because you forgot some of the steps? sometimes i get frustrutated when people underestimate me. they just think that i'm a ballerina. that's all. when they know that. they'll think i'm some girlish freak that loves hanging out at the mall [which is partly true. take note: partly.] but sometimes its just too much. when some people hear ballet. all they say is yuck. there's nothing wrong with it. ofcourse, you wouldn't agree. because you haven't tried it. have you tried raising your leg like a zillion times, the right way? correcting your posture, the right way? it would sound so easy-peasy for you, because you would do it the wrong way. i know i'm like discriminating you, people. but that's what you do to me. my fellow ballet friends. we aren't just ballerinas. we're also cool. we also love to hang out and stuff. we also have our crazy side. we're not always postured and stuff. that's what you think. everytime pe teachers ask who are the ballerinas, my classmates sometimes miss my name. [it's cool, sometimes.] but sometimes, it also hurts. you don't think that i'm good at ballet because of my height. that's it. that's the reason. it hurts. if you think that tall people are better at ballet than short ones. explain why i studied pointe shoes earlier than marla. explain why she just got promoted from a younger level than i am because the teachers think that she has the potential to be on a higher level. she didn't take an exam nor an assesment. explain why. see. you wouldn't know that, maybe you wouldn't even believe me. marla became proud when she got her very first pair of pointe shoes. she showed it to some of our fellow classmates. but as for me, i had my pointe shoes when i was only in the 4th grade. as for her, she got them only now. this year. i didn't show my pointe shoes to my classmates. because you wouldn't care. why does she have to show it? i mean. she's proving to people that she reached that level, is that it? fact. i started ballet a year before marla even started. i started to dance at pointe shoes when i was in the 4th grade. would you know these? ofcourse not. now. it's your choice if you believe me or not. it's your choice. i'm just telling you to stop discriminating people. because it hurts. trust me. take it from someone who knows.
